    Legendary tales

Picked a Forked road And the Journey was Poached

First Class Life Lesson, Gold ticket for Coach

    Stomped on too many flowers

    For their petals to smile

    Took Refuge with the weeds

    But they were to wild.

    The wings I soared upon

     Became too heavy to Fly

My Dreams so out of reach

    I looked toward the sky

When the danger takes your hand

    You pay the cost

So caught up in the moment

    Most forget what they lost

    The Thrill gets your attraction

    So Magnetic it’s fatal

    Inviting strangers in your home

    Toasting life at the table

    When the sinner broke bread

He sent the saint a grin

     Unknown to all

    Who presage favored to Win

    The Glory to the Gold

Was the Wheat to the Seed?

Who would be the one to nurture the garden that bleeds?

A maestro to the earth, scenery to compose

Tears That flow as red as the rose

    Still burdened with

    these broken wings

    Useless to as a voice

     that doesn’t sing

    Beaten on my knees

    I pray for wealth

    Realized I cherish nothing

     Still think of myself.

Only I can’t swim in a bitter sea

So I float upon things that used to matter to me

    Rode beside the tales

I’ve known since I was young

    My story isn’t over

    My legends just begun.
