    LoveFound

Just when I was done searching for love And I was homeward bound My love was found This whloe time I wasn't immune I was just blind This love has been here for a long time This relationship started when I was six See I was too much of a newcomer and too uncool We met before I even started skool I love the swoosh sound that the net makes The sound of the squeaks of good-gripped shoes Just being in her presence soothes my soul I had a dream that one day she'll lead me to tha Olympic Gold But, I ain't saying imma gold digger I just wish she was a god given gift But, she wasn't so I had to work hard for her... Even though we're dating I'm still workin... Until the day that we are married She's the only thing I want in my casket when I'm sixth feet under And sometimes I just sit back & wonder . . . About all the things that you did for me You got me out the hood And that was big for me Baby we don't make love We make thunder I love you basketball Untill the event of my demise LoveFound

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
