Miracle When It Rains
The sky is getting dark and the rain will start pouring then,
I felt a creeping fear shooting through my shaking veins,
Reaching through my heart and the message anchored in my brain,
I know another miracle is to happen and I dreaded the consequence.
Gleeful look of anticipation thus I mirrored in you eyes,
Even the deceiving silence can't afford to deny,
First, you see to it that I'm settled at the other side,
And then you plunged into limbo in unison with the thundering sky.
The door opens hungrily and with winged foot you enter,
Allowing yourself to be swallowed into that rippling turmoil,
I stand rooted at my place with the rain shouting beware! beware!
Like the heavy downpour, and the furious sky, I too just cried.
The noisy pouring deafens the secret of the inside world,
The silent darkness hide the actions of the play,
The grumbling wind conceals the purring of the cat in ecstasy,
The miracle that I knew, feared and hated is happening infront of me.
With a heavy heart I tried to fathom the extent of my patience,
Do I feel this numbness in me or just a suppressed anger?
It might not be true afterall or it is just a foolish thinking,
Yet the rain and the raging wind tells me a miracle is really there.

Yet the rain and the raging wind tells me a miracle is really there.
