    Missing you

Long after the night had glued it bulbs and expired
i stood awake with thoughts of a loving and handsome heart
knowing less than a foolish virgin knows about the heart
and leaving my delicate rose in the unknown mist of his hand.

The mystery of love got me in its misty wed habitat
and filled me with so much agony at your absence.
Cold shiver rake me through, leaving bums over my heart
but you are nowhere to warm me with your lingering kisses.

Darling, I miss you as a fish taking a trip outside water misses it.
Love, stay with me and let’s give the world a tremendous shake together.
A memory of Halloween times shared lingers on in my heart.
I miss you so come and be glued to me cos you belong to me forever.

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
