    Neophyte

    Such a long grueling,
    continual set of seconds
    on Saturday..

    Fragile, eggshell
    silence...

    two strangers,
    stuck
    inside
    no structure...

    will there
    ever be solace
    of similarity?
    I am not
    so sanguine..

    no longer
    chameleonic...
    I shall remain
    as I am,
    with great aplomb..
