Nightmares
My feet make no noise on the dead grass,
My sins following behind me like hungery dogs,
Red eyes stare into the mirror,
Skin broken lace-like scars,
Lips sewed together,
no screams can be heard,
From the monster I see...
Until I relize that its me in the mirror.
I see them in the shadows coming to get me,
They wrap around me,
Lies, Lust, Anger, And Fear
There bodys mangled past the point of return,
Eyes that always seeing always open,
Bore into mine,
The broken mirror showing us what we dont wanna see,
What we look like on the inside,
Then I see its raining,
Yet its not water,
Its blood thick and cold,
Its smell overbearing,
Fear he is tighening his grip,
Whispering a soft tune in my ear,
Its to dark to be Lullabye,
Yet I cant help but listening,
My arms no longer moving,
Stitching holding my wrists and fingers still on,
Skin that is dyed a crimson,
Yet blue veins clearly showing,
Nightmares,
Why do you still claim me?
I do not dervser them,
I was kind yet,
You show yourself to me,
Nightmares why must you call to me?
