nothingness

if anyone asks where i've gone
tell them i've died
if anyone asks when i am coming back
tell them when life is less cruel
no one knows the pain i've gone through
and the pain i am going through
yes each problem is terrible in it's own way
but the worst problem is nothingness
when you feel nothing
when you are dead inside
with that nothingness
you smile but don't feel happiness
you cry but don't feel sorrow
i felt the nothingness coming
and i was so scared
i needed someone
but no one was there for me
i have been through this once
and i really didn't want to go through it again
but it just happened so fast
and i wonder who will bring me back to life this time
