Rave Ecstasy
My fingers tingle as the lights flash to an awkward rhythm.
My legs quake from the heat and i steady myself on my partner.
I take in my surroundings and my senses are going wild.
Explosions of color encompasses my vision and i am disoriented by the kaleidoscope i am seeing
My partner starts swaying my hips to get me back into the beat .
My heart races trying to find the beat.
My world syncs to the song as i begin swaying.
My vision narrows to see the look on my partners face.
I begin grinding him and we take off in the rush that surrounds us.
His fingers run small circles on my stomach as we dance together in our own rhythm drowning out the music with our connected heartbeats.
Not expecting this sudden contact my body shivers in anticipation
I push back on him and am met by his strong stomach.
We increase our speed and our breathing.
Our Eyes meet and we share and understanding.
The DJ Stops the music and everyone files out.
I still will never forget my night with that beautiful stranger.
