    Never traveled that far Midwest but, have been looking forward to it.

    Roberts eyes light up

     Well, only 8 more days before the ride

    which I look forward with much anticapation

    my eyes will roam some Midwest plains

    sites never seen before in this life for me

     some pain....oh my aching butt, this 30 hour ride

    but, what a sight for sore eyes you will be

    after I reach my destiny.

    I like this write! Leaves the reader of what will happen when Robert reaches his destiny. thirty hour ride, on a bus? I like the open stanza. Seems as though something big or special is going to happen once he reaches the end. I like it. A perfect ten!

    Thank you and this is really going to happen when I get to see Robert for the very first time. smile
