    Sorrow for you

The sorrow I feel is none the less real
Too much is going on in my life
And I am not sure how to feel
Every day I feel as if I won’t make it
I don’t care if you feed from my sorrow
All I want is you here tomorrow
    I hate loosing friends
When I really need them here to help me out
If you would just look and see
That all I want you to be is a friend
    Nothing more nothing less
    I will never forget you
    You will always be missed
I have trusted you and always will
You can’t stop the way I feel
If I cry it is truly who I am
    I am very emotional
I have every right to be
If you could have only seen
    But you refused to
There’s nothing more I can do
But to let you know I will miss you

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
