    Spark

When two of a certain nature come into contact
    There is a spark

    It is a fact
    How things are

    When entities are lucky enough
To be close to each other

    People become inflamed in love
    They burn off their cover

    As for their true essence
It glows as if emanating from their skin

Red hot in each other’s presence
    Feeling each other’s soul within

    So there is a fever
    An insatiable desire

    For a spark so meager
    To light my fire

Glad I found you but I sure hope you are still writing. I must be slow, each time I read I see a little more, not so much understand but I get to see a little more each time. Good poem and getting better. Hope to see more?

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
