    Still empty

1 o'clock and all is bright, a nice day but still empty. You know the reason, must i say it again. Don't think I will, It's going old. Moving on through the day, cause it will soon end. The sun will rise tomorrow, and a new day will begin. I hope it's like this one, the one right now. Wish you were here to talk to somehow. I said I wasn't gonna say it, but it slipped out. I guess that's what love is all about. Saying what's on your mind, even if to a piece of paper. Don't have anybody to talk to, so here I wright. Thinking of you, until the morning light.

Commitment even to an empty space is good for healing! There is pain and anguish that many readers will relate to. I have enjoyed your poem! Thank you for sharing!

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
