Sweet romantic trappings

Sweet romantic trappings

Sunsets and silly serenades
scented candles & rose cascades
bright laces, ribbons and bows
your toes snuggle with my toes

Romance's seductive trappings
exuding such pretty wrappings
our eyes meet and make demands
our bodies heat to heed these plans

Tranquil and languid by the fire
passion ignites by our desire
your lips nipping at my lips
your arms embracing my hips

Kisses spiced with peppermint
laughter's tender enjoyments
heart racing sweet sentiments
my head rests near your heart
I feel your love in all my parts

Warm scented oils, touch me there
secret whispers without a care
something wonderful is in the air
tasting , hearing, feeling us two
intense pleasure this does imbue

Why wait for a holiday
make some romance everyday
it simply takes anticipation
and your wild imagination

Love is meant to be celebrated
for those of us so dedicated
it's well worth taking a chance
so don't make love without romance
