    how can I smile now
    Since my heart's been broken
    with the pain you put me through
    and the hateful words we've spoken.
    How can i laugh again
    When all i wanna do is cry
    Its to hard to live life alone
    Now that we said goodbye.

    After this and after that
    There's not much left to say.
    When words only leave you cold
    And tears fall bythe way.

    How can i fall asleep
    When it hurts being alone,
    Knowing when i wake up tomorrow,
    you will still be gone.

    How can i go on living
    When i feel dead inside
    cause the hurtgoes on endlessly
    and the pain's to hard to hide.

    and after this and after that
    Ther's not much left to say
    when goodbye pays it's toll on you
    and tears fall by the way...

    Such a relatable tale that many have and will share in life...you spoke of all emotions and pain coming from such a sincere place...this was written very well...Cher
