The Eyes of God ©

They're looking, in the earth, they're looking

To and fro, they're looking, high and low

They're looking, in and out, they're looking

All about, they're looking, up and down

They're looking, all around, they're looking

Purposely, searchingly, needingly, hungrily

Watchfully, wondrously, magnificently looking for . . . . . . .

Here am I Lord, here am I . . .

*II Chro 16:9

You want to be found, believe me the God knows you in and out. This is a good poem of wonderment and finding the self for God never was or is lost. You might like some of my poetry, The Garden, A Visit Home and Measure of Character. Love, peace and freedom, Olan

There is nothing like an open heart....This another beautiful shot out to the almighty.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
