THIS IS WHAT FEAR IS LIKE

Hope is fading
I hate this feeling
I had a bright light in the distance
One to guide my way and help me dance
Divided into many parts and strewn into a lake so deep
Hopeless I lie and weep
Pour the rain onto my head because I dont care anymore
So many times have I walked through this door
Seeing the same sights as if I was amazed everytime
When what I was seeing wasnt worth a dime
Why does it have to be this way
Why does life have to be just day to day
So many questions and thoughts in my head
No rest from any of this I wish i was dead
Ill pick up that pistol for the one last shot
But this time i was aiming for my sweet spot.
