Whenever it Rains

Whenever it Rains

I'm glad that it is raining; it's good the skies are grey.
The sun should not be shining on such an awful day.
The life we had is over, there's no chance to make it right.
I've let you have your freedom, I'm all alone tonight.
I've got to pick myself up and try to deal with the pain.
From now on I'll think about you When ever it rains.

When the storm clouds roll in
I'll remember the pain
I'll think about you again
When ever it rains
When the lightening flashes
And the skies are gray
I'll think about you
And remember the day
I'll try to think of the good times
And forget about all the pain
I'll think about you again
Whenever it rains

Once the sun was shining, and our love was new.
I had planned on such happiness for me and you.
We forgot about our plans, lost our love along the way.
Clouds filled up the sky, the rain came down that day.
I will always love you, without you there's so much pain.
From now on I'll think about you When ever it rains.

When the storm clouds roll in
I'll remember the pain
I'll think about you again
When ever it rains
When the lightening flashes
And the skies are gray
I'll think about you
And remember the day
I'll try to think of the good times
And forget about all the pain
I'll think about you again
Whenever it rains
