One that is innocent and strives to be

The perfect creature from a woman's womb

Searching blue skies for dreams I assume

Were meant for me designed by the Almighty

Pounding in my heart, as I search desperately

This is the little girl that lies within me

There is a desire for vanity that lies within me,

The need to be noticed and bring about jealousy

Causing women to gossip but secretly envy

Occupying a man's thoughts as he imagine me

Leaving memorable impressions of endless beauty

This is the desire for vanity that lies within me

There is a painful struggle that lies within me

Frustrated with life and sickened by poverty

Tired of not having and going without

Searching my purpose and trying to figure out

How to maintain strength and stay persistent

It's difficult to do when funds are non-existent

Praying and hoping that GOD will smile upon me

This is the pain and struggle that lies within me

There is a want for admiration that lies within me

For my daughter to love and brag about her mommy

For my mother to smile and say "Look at my Baby"

To be a role model and make a difference to many

when my last breath is gone people will remember me

As the great daughter and mother that gave graciously

This is the want for admiration that lies within me

There is a longing for true love that lies within me

For a man to take my hand , love ,and cherish me

To look in his eyes and feel the intensity

Of a connection so strong his mental caresses me

To be held in his arms and kissed gently

Laughing and enjoying life exclusively
