    Poem Commentary

    I was reading a poem called self-worth, i forget the name of the poet. Inspired- I came up with my own little I made it poem.

    Worthless Self

     When it was all over,
    I had accomplished nothing.
    Pausing to look back,
    I take no comfort in knowing
    That I made it.

    Plagued by frustrations,
    Overtaken by sensations,
    Amongst a wiry bunch.
    I should be happy I made it.

    I made it, five hours strong.
    I made it, nearly all day long.
    Purse holding, bag totting
    Man in the mall... I made it.

    I have been dragged along,
    Listening to those silly songs,
    But I had won.
    I have proven I can make it
    Shopping for more shoes
    For her shelf.
    Nothing gained but hey
    I made it!

    wow your my new hero dude! I cant make it for more than an hour ive tried many times but alas I have failed as many as ive tried. good poem too had me going untill the end
