A Date with Infinity
When the end comes near
Should I be filled with infamy,
or a clean and fresh upon sunrise?
Will I be surprised at the effect,
the ending of a drawn out obstacle,
of the sound approach at dawn?
Should I be well prepared
for the end of all misadventures?
Of the stop of all transitional phases,
or at the halt of an era's time?
Shall reflections stop, and rewind
that hands of a clock turn at a dime?
Will I be consumed with guilt?
About the foundation that I've built
Of the years of thoughts and premonition
The questions that led me to this mission
Ending at fate's incomparable decision
Death, a rendered foreseen accession
Should I be filled with infamy,
or a clean and fresh upon sunrise?
Will I be surprised at the effect,
the ending of a drawn out obstacle,
of the sound approach at dawn?
Should I be well prepared
for the end of all misadventures?
Of the stop of all transitional phases,
or at the halt of an era's time?
Shall reflections stop, and rewind
that hands of a clock turn at a dime?
Will I be consumed with guilt?
About the foundation that I've built
Of the years of thoughts and premonition
The questions that led me to this mission
Ending at fate's incomparable decision
Death, a rendered foreseen accession
