    A Wishful Thinker

     I wish I had the answers ,that would help her sleep at night.

    I wish I had the answers, that would make whats wrong alright

    If only I had the answers, that would make her see like me

    If only I had the answers, that would finally set her free.

    I wish I had the answers, that would fill her heart with hope.

    I wish i had the answers , that empowered her to cope.

    If only i had the answers , to take away her pain .

    If only I had the answers, that shows shes still sain.

    I wish I had the answers , so she would'nt have to cry .

    I wish I had the answers , to help her say goodbye!!

    Only one word can describe this poem; WOW! I know your daughter will someday read this and know that you always have and always will put her first.
