Adams' Song
There is a six year old angel in heaven,
Playing his harp every day,
Singing songs of hope for the children.
Abducted by strangers and taken away.
His purple heart is lined in gold,
His battle we continue to fight,
In a society where pediphiles are present,
A society where children live in fright.
Adam never had a chance to live his life,
Yet, he touched our lives with his tragic story,
And I'm certain that inside the pearly gates,
A six year old spreads his wings in glory.
1989-dedicated to the memory of Adam Walsh and all the other missing/murdered children in this country.
