    Caycen

    Caycen
A tiny angel, armed with battle wings...
In the midst of St. Judes, his laughter sings.
Spiderman and Superman all rolled into one.
The bravest of soldier's is Jonathan's son.
With twinkling eyes, and the spirit of the deer...
This brave little angel knows very little fear.
Marching into battle at a soldier's pace...
Facing a battle no child should ever face.
Caycen, your family surrounds you with love...
To fight this cancer, with help from above.
You are my hero each and every day...
May healing surround you all of the way. Deborah A. Tackett

Your poems bring me to tears. I hope little Caycen wins his battle. He will be in my prayers!

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
