Back to how it used to be

I want to go back to the times when everything was easy and not hard, before our relationship had gotten completly scarred.

Back to the times of laughing for no reason and being carefree,
Not worrying about the future or the people we were going to be.

Back when we didn't have to do the things we hated,
When things were fun before they got complicated.

Back to when we didn't have to try or be a fake,
Before all of the dating and heartache.

Back when our feelings were different then how we now feel,
When hanging out and flirting wasn't a big deal.

It seems the more time goes by the more pressure is on us,
And the more I just want to go back to how it all was.

So why can't we? Whats holding us back from reliving the past?
The fact that were scared to fall in love again for something that wont last.
