Breaking Apart
I know I'm strong
I know I have what it takes
To make it through whatever
Is put in front of me
I'm almost always happy
I'm loving my life right now
I know whatever doesn't kill me
Only makes me stronger
Just once in a while
There's a weight
That is all of a sudden
Crushing me
And I feel as tho
I'm breaking apart inside
When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
