Breaking Loose

Today I'm chained and shackled like a wild beast who can't be trusted.
I try and try to break the bonds that hold me tight.
You put me in this dungeon of darkness
Forever bond and blind to the world.
I hide behind a mask of paint .
How could you do this to me!!!
How could you strip me of pride and humanity?
I hate you
I hope you die a long death for what you did to me.
You ripped my heart out and stomped it in the ground.
I'll be ok because I'm breaking loose today.
I won't be bond any longer
I will see the light of day once again.
I'm taking off this mask of paint.
The world will see me
The world will know my pain
The world will know you for the truth is unveiled today.
I'm breaking loose now and forever.
No more chains.
No more darkness.
No more paint.
I'm FREE!
