    Dance

    Lets enthusiastically dance all night
    Under the hypnotizing disco light

    Extend your inviting hand to me
    I will accept and let you take the lead

    Allow our feet to dance to the beat
    As you and I feel the intense heat

    You embrace me and hold me tight
    I can feel my vulnerable heart ignite

    As you whisper in my ear sweetly
    Saying I am very pretty

    A smile spreads on each others face
    We continue to dance to our pace

    Energetically moving from left to right
    Enjoying ourselves as others do in the spotlight

    A cloud of smoke surrounds us 
    Our dancing leaves us breathless

    I really like the flow of the piece; nice word pictures. Took me all the way back to how I misunderstood my Daughter's connection with "that guy".

    Kinda reminds me of the few times i got a chance to dance with a beautiful woman and tell her that she dances well or she smells good. Great read!

    A fantastic piece that you have written here. I can picture this dance in my head. With your excellent choice of words and word flow you have captured the moment. I have danced this dance back in the day. Great Poem 10+ God Bless Randy
