    Easy Target

    Up above where wings flutter
All my thoughts are a clutter
Mixed in a batch of pancake batter.

I hope, momentarily they will all scatter
And perhaps this confusion will fade
    As the day will bade
    Me a swift goodbye

    And in one explosion
    Or a tiny motion
    I will be the target
    Of that pancake batter.

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
