Electricity
On a beautiful day
Near the Sunset Bay
The sun had gone
To the next day's dawn
The two were still
On a top of a hill
Their eyes on each other
Their hands held together
In heart they knew
What they had to do
Like two different powers
That don't light the towers
They neither lead the ships
Nor shine on the steps
Nor rise like the sun
Or even have some fun
The end has yet to come
To do something really dumb
To break what is there
To end a nice affair
They know it is not that funny
It has always been a sin
For a voltage of two-twenty
To mix with a v-one-ten.
