    • I'm currently turning my poems into songs. A little re-writing here and there. Would be grateful to find someone who can write music. If anyone knows someone who can write music or who can sing, send them my way.

    Happily Ever After

She thought that I had lied
That I would love her forever
Without her I would have died
    Sitting in the rainy weather

But she brought me back in
    And held me so tight
    Killing yourself is a sin
    Just stay with me tonight

    She smelled so nice
    She put me at ease
    I would take her advice
I was shaking at the knees

Her body kept me from harm
That I might of done to myself
    I couldn't resist her charm
She had saved me from myself

    She will always be
    With me forever
    Everyone needs
    Their happily ever after

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
