    Happiness is Free

The question is will we make it through the thick and the thin?
Under the pressure, I feel like breaking, I can't do it again.
No matter what, were always changing, I won't retrace where I've been.
The feeling now, I've been mistaken, I express myself through this pen.

Happiness can be attained through the darkest desire.
But somehow you must refrain from igniting the fire.
No matter the truth you seek, I always seem like a liar.
Keeping my feelings discrete, I feel like I need to retire.

Under the microscope, my actions monitored daily.
Your attitude is like what have you done for me lately.
With all the drama that your causing, your driving me crazy.
Keeping a fire under my ass it's getting hotter than Haiti's.

I need you in my life, the question is do you need me?
I want to make it right, but, in ten years where will we be?
I know through all the stress, optimism is hard to see.
There is no reason to be unhappy because happiness is free.
