Laughter

I love the sound of laughter
Because it takes me home again.

SHRILLS, SQUEALS , GIGGLES and QUACKS
all take me back to days of merriment.
Laughter sounds are high and low tones,
They send chills from my head to my toes - all through my bones.

The sound of laughter gives me much pleasure and amuses
my child inside.
It provides a fountain of light that emits enough bright and cures
the darkness of night.

It kindles my spirit and remedies the suffering of men and it
wipes the tears from the eyes of the children it befriends.

I love the sound of laughter
 Because it takes me home again.

To the place that birthed my innocence
and gave me much enjoyment.
The most delightful of sounds, the dearest of all sounds
I hope to always be able to hear.
