    I'm here to stay
    I've been sad.
    I've been mad.
    I've been betrayed
    I've even been cut down.
    I hated you for a while thinking you
    didn't care thinking you wasn't there.
    I doubted your love, your trust, and
    understanding.
    I ran away and hid from your glorious
    power.
    But now...

    I'm back!
    Now I'm not always depressed.
    Now I have a reason to live.
    Now I'm forgiving those who
    abused me in the past

    I have a very long way to go.
    I have to work on my bi polarness.
    I have to work on forgiving more people.
    I have to help myself before anyone else.

    But I'm not going to give up!
    I'm not going to back down!
    I'm here again.
    And I'm here to stay!

    GO AHEAD GIRL GET READY CAUSE IT IS GOING TO HURT, YOU JUST LEARNED THAT PAIN IS IS AN UGLY PART OF LIFE ,SUFFERING TEACHES US NOT ONLY HOW TO ENDURE BUT HOW TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE HOW. THERE WILL COME A TIME WHEN YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY REACH INSIDE YOURSELF AND PULL OUT THE STRENGTH YOU NEED WHEN YOU NEED IT.

    thanks!! I cant wait till I can just pull the strength out right when I need it but I know that time is coming soon
