    Living In Black And White

     The grassy fields and all the trees
    Have all lost their shade of green
    And everything that i see
    Is black and white

    In rainbows the colors fade
    Replaced by a darker shade
    Every where I look im living
    In black and white
    In black and white

    I look at the ocean blue
    But the semblance of the tide has subdued
    Still all around me
    Is black and white
    Is black and white

    Lots of raw emotion in this one. Sadness expressed in such a subtle fashion. Short and to the point. very nice.

    I like the double line use at the end it really gets what your trying to say out there. We can only appreciate the miracle of a sunrise if we have waited in darkness. Experience life, ALL of it for it makes us what we are. I really liked this. Keep writing.

    It seems like everything revolves around one thing. I understand that or at least what I think you are writing about and if I am right. I understand and agree,,,,,short poem but big in understanding.....good job
