    Lost in fear
    That you can never retain

    Lost trouble
    Lost in grief
    Lost in heartbreak
    That you can never relief

    Lost in sorrow
    Lost in death
    Lost in misery
    That you can never refresh

    Lost in life
    Lost in words
    Lost in everything
    That you can never return

    Lost in chaos
    Lost in peace
    Lost in burdens
    That you can ever release

    Because these are the things
    We think and feel
    Through the good and the bad
    It’s a forever a done deal!

    I really like the words and how it flows. It is not suppose to be tightened, it is free flowing with pain and lost. The emptiness of the moment and all the emotions that go with it. I think it is a real poem from the heart and from the mind. Pain has no restraints and should not have it when we write. A very good piece.

    Quite the effort invested here. If you're into having it critiqued, I could offer a few words on structuring it. 'Could probably tighten it up a little.
