     As a long breath
    In I take
    I hold for a moment
    Courageously
    Dive
    Into Love's ocean
    Can't deny
    It frets
    But  am determined,
    To scale the depths
    I can feel
    The soul relax
    The Spirit growing  lighter
    The heart's buds re-open
    A glowing warmth,
    As the anxiety
    ebbs out
    I let the gentle waves
    Carry me
    to the shores
    Of eternity
    in your arms.
