mary
"mary"
an order of pastry on the phone,
24 pieces-you'll get it soon.
charming voice of a lady, i thought,
i have to meet her, i qoute.
"mary is my name", she said,
and hang up the line with regrets.
give me a chance to say my name,
let me be your friend, felt the same?
the world seems to stop to revolve,
as i look into her eyes of gold.
she looks like an actress i recall,
perfect model for painting on a wall.
the words i utter can't almost heard,
my tongue twists, turns, flies like a bird.
i felt the chill in my spine,
considered you a beautiful, mystic divine.
time ceases as i held your hand,
wake up! only in my daydreams i had.
asking, wishing to my fairygod's mother wand,
let me escape the love trapat hand.
miss never when you will say whenever?
spend with me your time, care forever?
is it possible to be my girl?
say you're mine and my heart'll swirl.
nothing left to say in my mind,
all is in my heart that bind.
you might call this corny, funny, mushy,
but i will say, it ain't easy...
i like you so much and starting,
beginning to fall damn hard without stopping.
can i take your smile back home?
and savor it when i'm alone.
