    the goal

     "the goal"
    i was guided by the light,
    in the Lord's way i found my sight.
    He knew what's best for us of course,
    taking us home if we're lost.
    i am the actor in my movie-liked life,
    the villain or the hero in tights.
    we choose our own path that is given,
    creating our own places in heaven.
    i will not lose hope even the odds are great,
    you have to believe in yourself it's not too late.
    the clock is running and am beginning to fall,
    do i deserve this not to finish the goal?
