My Best Friend
My best friend is someone very special
He loves me and I him
I think about him everyday
I appreciate his company
I tell him that I love him
but he says nothing
I tell him I think its really cute when he smiles
but he says nothing
I tell him my deepest secrets
but he says nothing
I tell him my dreams, my joys, my goals in life
but still, he says nothing
One day I glance over at him
And he turns his head and our brown eyes lock
I lean over to kiss him on his forehead
He says nothing but he does wag his tail
