My Nightmare
At one time I waited for you in my dreams.
Now nothing is what it seems.
You broke my heart.
Now I sit here,
All alone in my dreams that will soon disappear.
Now your my nightmare,
Something now compared with things that I find hard to bare.
When I see you I take offence.
And try my best to build my defence.
And be prepared for what is to come.
You hurt me in my greatest time of need,
Now my heart will forever bleed.
I wake up in scare,
Because your my nightmare.
I hope this crimson dream will some day go away.
But until then I wait day by day.
I now count every tear that falls from my eyes,
The same I would all their lies.
I now fight things in my mind,
Things of every kind.
You are my nightmare,
Riped, torn,
from this dear sweet despair.
