Need you, to rescue me Jesus.

My eyes burn with unshed tears
my throat tightens with a sob that choked down
    my heart is throbbing
as my lips are raw and bloody from biting
my hands hurt from the times that I pounded them into the ground
my legs vibe and my breath is coming in
ragged gasps as I pushed my self to keep going
    to keep fighting
    to keep going
as everything keeps pushing me back down
    and with my last gasp
I fall to my knees and
    I cry out to YOU
    I need you here
I can't do this on my own
I need you to rescue me
and I finally let my tears go
    I drop to my knees
as I call out your name again
    and ask for your help
    then I am free
my tears have run dry and I am no longer fighting
    to stay strong
I am safe in your arms

Another moving piece of art.....it seens that it comes easy for you to write about about painful times......I can say it also came easy that way for me....then I ask myself can I only write when I am pain or sad.....I just wanted to know how deep my talent was and it prove to me just as good. So don't be afraid to try it, think about what makes u feel good and just start to write u will be amaze I will be looking to read more from u, ur friend in poetry, Infiniti

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
