No One Here

    No One Here

    I see the sea in many shades,

    as my love for you fades.

    Such spiteful vengeance in you.

    I must admit,

    the vengeance is in me too.

    You went after the lust of Neptune's gold;

    diving into his liquid furnace -- bare and cold.

    With Thor's might hand you did strike,

    crushing the people that you so dislike.

    Am I one of those people that you smash with your golden hammer;

    As you send me to the ground in a loud clamor?

    You abused my trust,

    my love;

    Sending it all away,

    on the wings of a black dove.

    You come to me now,

    with the gold in your heart,

    and the hammer at your side.

    And oh! What a pitiful story you did confide!

    The one of your redemption and sorrow;

    And of the regrets that could kill you tomorrow.

    I wish I could help you,

    I honestly do.

    But oh dear father,

    I cannot help you get up from your fall,

    because there is no one here for you,

    no one here at all.
