NORMAL
I wonder what it's like to live in Normal
To wake up the next morning
the same person you feel asleep with
...to be you for over half a day
What would you say to the face in the mirror
If the voices you hear
never changed
Only ranged in different octaves
To live the life of normalcy
What would they say
if I were sane???
The remains would scatter
No one would remember what mattered anymore
They wouldn't know --
'cuz it only shows
sometimes
And then it's mine
to do with what I will
Kill off the beliefs that hold you
"I Told You"
Only left shame
....and the game playing begins...
Until the realization comes
that "Normal"
is a burning hell
for those who fell into line
