      I Was Just A Little Girl
    When You Went Away... I Remember
    Like, It Was Yesterday...
    Daddy Would Put Me On His Knee....
    For Comfort, And Say He Loved Me....

    I Would Think About You Momma
    And, Wonder Why You Left Daddy And Me...
    Even As A Child, I Was Trying To Understand
    How You Leaving, Was Part Of My Destiny....

    Through All My Pain, Suffering And Strife....
    I Realize,You Played A Part, In Giving Me Life....
    That, I'm Grateful For....
    Even Though, You Didn't Given Me More...

    There Were Times, I Felt, I Wouldn't Make It
    For Very Long....
    But,There Were Happy Moments
    As A Child Momma, Even Though You Were Gone....

    But, Soon Came More Pain, Deep Within....
    God Took Daddy, Away From Me...
    I Was Devistated, Once Again...
    Another Part Of Life, Just Meant To Be...

    I Know, He Went To Heaven Momma
    He Was That Angel, I Use To See...
    Looking Out Everyday, And Watching Over Me....
    "Thank You Daddy"

    You're Probably Wonder, How I Made It This Far.
    It Was God, Momma. He Kept Me Close
    Like A Precious Stone...Never Alone...
    He Treated Me Special, Like A Star....

    He's My Victory. He Brought Me Through
    With His Mercy And His Love...He Carried Me Momma
    On The Wings Of A Dove....

    God, Had It All Planned Out Momma
    You Leaving....And All The Things
    I Had To Learn, Through My Grieving...

     I Understand That Now..Just  Some Things.
    I Had To Go Through, But God Taught Me How....

    He Said Write, and Share It With The World
    God said, this, I Must Do....

    But Most Of All, He Knew, The Day Would Come
    When, I Would Write To You....

    I Don't Hate You Momma,
    In Case You Need To Know...
    Those Feelings, Were Put To Rest....
    Many Days And Years Ago!

    talk bout life,,this is it ,yes it happen,for what ever reason,most time love has nothing to do with it,,walk good and so yes u made it and moms love never change,,strong,real and make a lot of sense..

    Awww, this touched my heart in a profound way....it highlights you and this is to me one of your best writes, what an outpouring of strong-willed GOD fearing emotion, you are a beautiful person and magnificent woman, your mother and father of this I'm sure are very proud...as well as GOD is smiling to himself at you from the mirror that is your heart he looks down on you through...Thank you for sharing!     Thank You Dora18..I Appreciate..You Sharing Your Thoughts...And, How You Feel For What I Went Through..But..You See..I Give God All The Credit...For My Victory's.. I Believe, That, No Matter What We Go Through,In Life...Yesterday..Today..Or Tomorrow, We Must Look Back On Our Lives,And Realize, All That God Has Brought Us Through..Up To Now...And, Just Maybe That, Will Help Us To Realize That We Going Through..Might Not Be As Bad As It May Seems... It Isn't What Happens To Us, In Life.     Wow-that was a long poem-I could'nt get through all of it, but it is a good read. Good use of Italics to force the reader to move quickly through your words.
