Sad And Lonely
Feeling sad and lonely,
And don't know who to blame.
And lately it's been feeling
Like I'm losing at this game.
When you say you love me,
And you say you always will.
Then you smile and turn your back,
A part of me you kill.
And deep inside my wounded heart,
That is longing for your love,
Are tears from heaven, angels cry,
When they look down from above.
For they see the love I feel for you,
They know it's true and strong.
And they've already figured out,
What is taking you so long.
The need and aching in my soul,
To be your one and only.
And to be loved like I love you,
And not be sad and lonely.
