The Blade
The fear had become real, you put your pain on the blade.
Drown your sorrows in the blood of the past,
hoping that this pain will not last,\\hoping that death will be fast an quick.
The saddness taking over you, the blade looking nicer and nicer.
Death creeping in on you, the whispers in your head telling you to end the pain.
Let the blood rain, what a shame, a life to end this way,
in a room closed to the outside world, curled in a ball in a corner,
Shivering, praying that it will be swift and quick.
Hoping that you won't think twice, placing your life on the end of a blade.
Looking for an escape awat from all your pain.
Wishing to wash away the reality.
Closing your eyes and saying your last good-byes.
Letting the blade hit the ground...
