Oh! what an amazing journey it is,

So fulfilling, so fulfilled

Always keeping himself busy with writing

Putting things from his mind down

The journey of a poet is so interesting

He always has something to say

Something to help him along the way

Something to share with others
 

His brain always working hard

His imagination never sleeping

His thoughts always excited

And his heart pumping with joy

There is something always up in the poet mind

In his deep heart and mind there is something

A message a story or a wonderful tale

Maybe it tale of life, love or imagination

That the best journey anyone will want to travel

The journey of a poet is a great adventure

He will wonder into any area and topic

Talk of endless stories, some true

Some not true but based on real life

I love the journey of a poet

And I have always felt great to travel that path

It makes me part of the universe to think

And feel and be with the nature each way.
