The Note… RAP/POEM
I woke up this morning, with a note beside my head, picked it up to read it, can’t believe what my eyes read. “Sorry for misleading you, with all of what I said, But that was just a cover up to get you in your bed. I hope you had a good time, even though I fled”. He signed it at the bottom, he signed it simply Ted.
“Oh no” I know he didn’t, now I’m seeing red,
If he did not want me, then why we newly wed.
I found him at a friends house and hit him with a sled, how cool it was to watch the pool of blood he slowly bled. I think that I have killed him, I’m pretty sure he’s dead. I heard the sirens coming, I got nabbed by the feds.
I stand here in this jail cell, my thoughts are filled with dread, it wasn’t long before the court room I was led. The Judge asked just one question, guilty I have plead but since the jurs were women, and they saw the note I read, they told the Judge I’m innocent and got me off instead.
