I Am A Woman
Hold my hand when we walk,
Look at me when I talk.
Care about the things I do,
And I will do the same for you.
lend your shoulder when I cry,
Wipe the teardrop from my eye.
Sooth, console and comfort me,
When you think that I’m in need.
Speak only kind and loving words,
Anything else would be absurd.
Try and listen, understand,
I am a woman, not a man.
