The Sun Is Always Shining Above The Clouds

The Sun Is Always Shining Above The Clouds

The sun is always shining
above the clouds.

I never saw the sun today.
I never saw the sun yesterday.
Will we see the sun tomorrow?

There's a dark cloud hanging over,
but there's a Son in me
rising me above.

The Son shone brilliantly,
Yes, the Son rising me above.

The sun is always shining
above the clouds.

It's been so long since
I've seen the sun.
Don't want to wear sunglasses.
I want to see the sun.
Don't want to wear sunglasses.

The sun is always shining
above the clouds.

The Son rising me above.

Thank you, MJG956, for your comment.

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.
